Some websites may block extensions for security reasons. This includes:

• Chrome Web Store pages
• Chrome internal pages (chrome://)
• Some banking and financial websites
• PDF viewers

If the extension doesn't work on a regular website, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, please contact support.

The floating toolbar appears when you select more than 10 characters of text. If you don't see it:

• Make sure you've selected enough text
• Check that the toolbar is enabled in Settings (click the extension icon > gear icon)
• Try refreshing the page
• Make sure you're on a regular webpage (not a Chrome internal page)

Rewrites typically take 2-5 seconds. If it's taking longer:

• Check your internet connection
• Try with a shorter piece of text
• Close the overlay and try again
